Travel Services:
I can help you choose and book the resort to host your guests for your wedding and to do a room block. You and your guests will receive prompt responses to their emails and requests. I will contact you whenever one of your guests contacts me for information and confirm with you once they have booked. I will create a spreadsheet of everyone's travel itineraries and send it to you periodically to make sure we both have the same information and of course, a final copy will be sent to you prior to your departure for your wedding.
Wedding Planning Services:
Full Service
Assistance with anything a Bride can ask for from the beginning until her departure, including but not limited to: communicating with vendors and venues; help choosing the venue that is perfect for you; communicating with the resort's group department and assisting you in scheduling group events; coming up with your vision/theme for your wedding decor; creating a wedding website; figuring out what you want included in your welcome bags and finding the best prices for those items; bridal party gifts; assisting your maid of honor, family or bridal party with help planning pre-wedding parties (bridal shower, bachelorette party, etc.); helping you find invitations within your budget that meet your vision; finding the best vendors in the area; creating a budget and staying within that budget throughout your wedding planning process; being someone who will give you their honest opinion and experienced advice for whenever you need (dress, bridesmaid dresses, groomsmen attire, etc.)... and anything else you can think of that you could use help with!
This service also includes special deals I have negotiated with certain vendors (Katya Nova Photography, Caribbean Emotions, Krystie Ann Hair & Make-up, and Etsy Shop: One Ear Design) that can include hundreds of dollars of savings for you! Last Minute Details
If within the last 60 days before your departure date for your wedding, you decide you need some extra assistance, then we can help you with anything you need during the last 60 days for a smaller fee.

Wedding Weekend Coordinating
For the Bride who wants to fly to her wedding and actually be on vacation, without worrying about the details like coordinating group events or handing out welcome bags, this service includes someone who will be there with you at the resort for however many days you need before your wedding. The coordinator can also be there on your wedding day to help make sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule and to coordinate with the venue and vendors.
